Today I am sharing another family favorite recipe. I begged my friend Jimi for this recipe after she made some for us almost 25 years ago. I scribbled her recipe down on a note pad and titled it "JIMI'S CHOC TOFFEE." I still have that piece of paper stuck in my recipe binder and I have made it EVERY Christmas since!! So "Jimi's Choc Toffee" has come to be known as "Christmas Toffee" around here now.
